• Kevin Owens Challenges Legendary Pop Star To A WrestleMania 35 Match
Former Universal Champion Kevin Owens recently went to an Elton John concert with his wife, but the concert got cancelled after a 30 minute wait.
Owens, who is currently out of action because he underwent double knee surgery, wasn’t happy with this and challenged Elton John to a match at WrestleMania 35.
KO mentioned in his tweet that he has faced men in their 70s before as well (referring to his assault on Vince McMahon last year):
Hey, @eltonofficial, nobody ruins my wife and I’s date night except me!
You, me…WresteMania.
I’ve fought men in their 70’s before, I can do it again!#KOvsElton #KOMania4 pic.twitter.com/0613p3C6PM

The last time I wore red heart-shaped glasses for another man before tonight was on January 12, 1996 at the Montreal Forum. I was 11 years old. It was for Shawn Michaels!
I’m never wearing red heart-shaped glasses for another man again! @eltonofficial

While it’s possible that Owens gets cleared to return to in-ring action before WrestleMania 35, but WWE officials tend to not use these returning wrestlers for WrestleMania. Instead, they save their returns for RAW after WrestleMania.
So we’ll see what happens with Owens.
