• Kevin Owens Says He’s Not Fat

During a recent appearance on Lilian Garcia’s Chasing Glory podcast, former Universal Champion Kevin Owens talked about people calling him fat.

Below is what Owens said:

“The thing is, and I’m sure a lot of people will judge me and watch this and say that I’m full of sh*t about it, but you know there’s a reason that I look the way I look and it’s not because I don’t work hard, it’s not because I didn’t try to lose weight, it’s not because I didn’t work out or any of that stuff. I’ve never been a guy who’s like cut and skinny.

If you look at me and people call me fat, that’s fine — I don’t care. If anything, the only thing that bothers me about it is what it does to my family when they see it.

Because I’ll see my son say, ‘Oh I see people call you fat on the internet,’ it doesn’t matter. I try to make sure he understands that it doesn’t really affect me, but it upsets him, but anyway.

People call me fat, it’s really just my stomach, you know what I mean? It’s really just my stomach, but everything else, I’m not fat.”
