• Konnan Is Now Out Of Danger

As we noted earlier, the Wrestling Observer reported that Old School WCW Veteran Konnan was hospitalized due to kidney issues.

However, it looks like he wasn’t in the hospital due to kidney issues.

Hugo Savinovich (who is a close friend of Konnan) revealed that Konnan was hospitalized because he tested positive for COVID-19, and he’s now out of danger.

Here’s what Lucha Libre Online reported about this:

“As Hugo Savinovich reported, Konnan has confirmed to us that he unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19, which is why he is hospitalized. He recognized that his life was in danger.

At this moment, he is out of danger and hopes to be given the medical discharge between today and tomorrow to be able to continue his treatment from home.

Konnan is in our prayers as is his family and we wish him a speedy recovery.”
