• Kurt Angle Wants His Own Last Match To Be Like Ric Flair’s

During a recent interview with Bill Apter, WWF Attitude Era Legend Kurt Angle revealed that he wants his final professional wrestling match to be like Ric Flair’s from earlier this year.

Here’s what the 2017 WWE Hall of Famer said:

“I had a knee replacement 5 months ago. I’m good. I think I’ve had a good enough career that I’m proud of. If it does come to be (returning for one more match), then it will probably be a tag match like Ric Flair did so that I don’t get exposed.

I hate to say it, but I don’t think I’m the same wrestler I used to be. But [if] I did decide to have a wrestling match, it would be against younger guys that could carry me. And I’d make sure that it was a tag match, so I was not exposed.”

Kurt Angle wrestled his last professional wrestling match at the WWE WrestleMania 35 pay-per-view on April 7th 2019, which he lost to Baron Corbin.

The former 13-time World Heavyweight Champion (2x WWF Champion, 2x WWE Champion, 1x WCW World Heavyweight Champion in the WWF, 1x World Heavyweight Champion in WWE, 6x TNA World Champion, 1x IWGP Heavyweight Champion) has been officially retired ever since, but he certainly wouldn’t be the first professional wrestler to come out of retirement in order to wrestle another match.

He recently noted that he’d agree to wrestle one more match in WWE if they offered him $10 million.
