• Kurt Angle’s Brother Charged With Assault On A Young Wrestler (Video)

WTAE reported the following earlier today:

“A man is facing simple assault charges after an incident at a junior wrestling event Saturday at Petersen Events Center.

Witnesses say Eric Angle picked up a young wrestler by his neck following a loss on the mat at the Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling championships.

Angle is the brother of professional wrestler Kurt Angle. Charges were filed by University of Pittsburgh police.

Eric Angle took to Facebook, saying he was trying to keep the child from messing up and made things worse.

“I should have just walked away and let him get thrown out. Instead, I’m the one who embarrassed myself even more,” Eric Angle told Pittsburgh’s Action News 4.”
