WWE’s new policy regarding talent engaging in third party activities stops them from being involved in any of those activities. The company will reportedly fine, terminate or even release talents starting from October 2, if they’re found doing third party business.

WWE RAW star Lana has been promoting the “Bang Energy” drink on her Instagram account over the past few months, which is the reason WWE sent out the letter this past Thursday, which ordered all of them to stop engaging in third party activities.

Dave Meltzer posted the following about it on the Wrestling Observer forum:

“The straw that broke the camel’s back was CJ Perry’s Bang Energy drink commercials.”

Lana posted the following about Meltzer’s claim:

“I am not the straw that broke the camel’s back. You know who you are and that is false ……. but thank you for writing about me…. all of you. I am your escape goat”
