• Lars Sullivan’s Fine Is The 2nd Highest Fine Ever In WWE

As we all know by now, WWE is fining Lars Sullivan $100,000 for the controversial comments he made years ago.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Sullivan’s $100,000 fine is is now tied for the 2nd highest fine ever in WWE history:

“I know some people thought that stuff was not real, the fine’s real.

I mean they publicly announced the number and they’ve never done that before. I mean there have been guys to get fined. Steve Austin got fined $250,000 if you remember for walking out and Batista got fined $100,000 for blading when he was told he wasn’t supposed to. Those are the two biggest fines I’ve ever heard. There might be others, but those are the two I’ve heard.

So this would be tied for the second biggest fine in the history of the company.”
