– “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry was last seen on AEW programming on the AEW All In Zero Hour, where he lost the FTW Championship to HOOK.
Due to his controversial remarks about CM Punk during the match, he got into a physical altercation with him when he went backstage after the match. This incident led to AEW suspending Perry and firing Punk.
According to PWInsider, the belief in AEW is that the former FTW Champion is no longer on an indefinite suspension.
Right now, the company is in no rush to bring him back. The belief is that the longer Perry is away from the company, the longer it makes distance between himself and the incident with CM Punk.
– Carmelo Hayes (with John Cena) defeated Bron Breakker (with Paul Heyman) in the main event of NXT.
Cena attacked Breakker during the match. Solo Sikoa came out and they brawled to the back. Breakker attacked Hayes after the match. This led to WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker coming out on his Motorcycle.
Bron called Undertaker an old timer. Undertaker said Bron is going to be a very special talent one day, but it ain’t today. Taker laid out Breakker with a right hand and then delivered a massive, picture-perfect Chokeslam!
Taker then told Breakker that there’s always an older, bigger, badder bada$$ around and he is the baddest of them all! Taker then hugged Carmelo & ended the show.
After NXT went off the air, Undertaker did his signature post on the stage with Carmelo. You can watch it below:
