In the main event of last night’s WWE Day 1 pay-per-view, Brock Lesnar won the WWE Championship.

This match was originally scheduled to be a Fatal 4 Way match between Big E, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens and Bobby Lashley.

However, Roman Reigns tested positive for COVID-19 earlier today, which resulted in his Universal Title defense against Brock Lesnar getting cancelled.

Lesnar was then added to this WWE Championship match, thus making it a Fatal 5 Way match.

Lesnar pinned Big E to win the match and then had a staredown with Lashley (who speared Lesnar twice during this match and even locked in the Hurt Lock, which Big E broke before being hit with the F5 for the loss).

The WWE On FOX Twitter account posted a graphic showing WWE Day 1 results. On that graphic, the result written for the WWE Championship match was Big E def. Lashley, Rollins and Owens.

These graphics are made in advance, as they are time consuming, and the graphic department knows the results in advance so they can prepare stuff on time.

Since Lesnar’s addition to the match was announced very late, it looks like the graphic designer only added Lesnar’s photo and forgot to change the result.

The tweet was later deleted, but you can check out the graphic below:
