Asuka last defended the RAW Women’s Championship against Alexa Bliss on the RAW before the Royal Rumble, where the match ended in a disqualification due to Randy Orton attacking Bliss.
WWE needs to take the Title off Asuka, or build her up properly heading into WrestleMania 37, as fans aren’t invested in her booking lately.
There’s a possibility that she defends her Title in a Women’s Elimination Chamber match this year, which may completely change the RAW Women’s Championship picture on the road to WrestleMania.
Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Peyton Royce vs. Lacey Evans vs. Nikki Cross vs. Alexa Bliss could be a match we could see at Elimination Chamber.
This match may see Flair winning the Title, so she can head into WrestleMania as the champion (for a possible rematch against Rhea Ripley).
