The Scottish Psychopath became The Chosen One at Royal Rumble this year when he defeated 29 other men in the Royal Rumble match to earn a WWE Championship match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.
Although he became The Chosen One, the prophecy will remain incomplete until McIntyre gets his hands on the WWE Championship. He has been fearless towards The Beast Incarnate, which is why the chance of a victory against Lesnar looks possible for him.
McIntyre is slated to win the Title at WrestleMania, but now there’s also a possibility that plans could change anytime. WWE reportedly wants to give McIntyre his big moment in front of a live audience, which is why they might give Lesnar the win to hold it back.
The #1 contender for the WWE Title got a very impressive reaction when he won the Royal Rumble match, and it could’ve been bigger when he would’ve won the WWE Title at WrestleMania.
However, that doesn’t look possible anymore so WWE could wait until SummerSlam to give McIntyre his big moment.
