Below are the results from tonight’s WrestleMania SmackDown, featuring an announcement regarding SummerSlam 2025.
– Seth Rollins kicked off WrestleMania SmackDown with an in-ring promo and said that CM Punk doesn’t care about the fans and only returned to the ring because someone offered him a big check, and when Punk burned that bridge like all the other bridges in the past, then Punk returned to WWE because they gave him another big check, and that Punk is a coward and a fraud.
“Except when CM Punk came back to the ring, it wasn’t a WWE ring. So did he come back because you were chanting his name? Or did he come back because somebody wrote him a big, fat, cheque?”
Rollins said that Paul Heyman brought himself Roman Reigns, & Dean Ambrose into WWE to be a Shield for Punk, and he sacrificed everything while they attempted to make Roman become the next John Cena.
“In the main of event of WrestleMania (last year) when my knee was hanging on by a thread, my step dad was at home dying of cancer, I made sure I was there at the very end to be a Shield, to make sure Roman Reigns lost.”
Seth claimed he will sacrifice everything to ensure that WWE moves forward in the right direction, and proclaimed that’s not a prediction, that’s a spoiler.

El Grande Americano, who wasn’t in the match, interfered and eliminated Rey Fenix, leaving Carmelo Hayes and Andrade as the last two men in the match. It should be noted that Chad Gable competed in the match and got eliminated early on.

Cena said this is going to be his 20th WrestleMania and his 12th title match at WrestleMania. Cena said Cody can’t prepare for a man who knows he’s going to die, as this is going to be his final time in a WrestleMania ring. Cena said he doesn’t need to wrestle to beat Cody, and poked Cody in the eye. Cena went for the Attitude Adjustment, but Cody countered and hit a Cross Rhodes to lay Cena out and end the final WWE TV show before WrestleMania 41.
