• Major Championship Push Coming For Andrade, Possible Bad News For Drew McIntyre
As we noted before, Andrade & Zelina Vega were moved back to SmackDown after being shifted to RAW in the Superstar Shake-Up.
According to PWInsider, FOX officials requested WWE to move Andrade & Zelina to SmackDown because SmackDown lacked Latino stars after the Superstar Shake-Up and FOX is planning to showcase WWE’s latino stars on their Spanish language station, FOX Deportes, once SmackDown moves to their Network in October.
According to The Dirty Sheets, WWE officials are very keen on pleasing FOX, especially after the recent worrying quarterly financial report.
With that being said, original plan for Andrade was to win the Intercontinental Championship, but things could get even better for Andrade since FOX officials are specifically high on him.
WWE officials have begun discussing the possibility of Andrade winning the Men’s Money In The Bank 2019 ladder match and going on to win the WWE Championship.
If WWE goes ahead with this idea, then it’ll be bad news for RAW Superstar Drew McIntyre, as McIntyre has been penciled in to win the Men’s Money In The Bank for months now.
