• Major Rumored Match Not Taking Place At SummerSlam 2018
There were reports that WWE officials were highly considering a WrestleMania 34 rematch between The Undertaker & John Cena at the SummerSlam 2018 PPV.
However, that’s not the case. According to the Dirty Sheets, WWE officials never considered this rematch for SummerSlam 2018 as they are well aware of Cena’s hectic movie schedule and unavailability.
The Undertaker will be seen in action next on October 6, at the WWE Super Show-Down event in Australia. Undertaker will face fellow Old School WWF Legend Triple H on that night.
As of this writing, below are the matches that have been announced for SummerSlam 2018 so far:
– Universal Championship Match: Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Roman Reigns
– WWE Championship Match: AJ Styles (c) vs. Samoa Joe
– RAW Women’s Championship Match: Alexa Bliss (c) vs. Ronda Rousey
– Money In The Bank Contract On The Line: Braun Strowman vs. Kevin Owens
– Intercontinental Championship Match: Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Seth Rollins
– United States Championship Match: Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs. Jeff Hardy
– SmackDown Women’s Championship Match: Carmella (c) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair
– SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The Bludgeon Brothers (c) vs. TBD (The Bar OR The New Day)
– WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match: Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Drew Gulak
