• Major Update On SmackDown Hacker, Possible Identity Reveal Coming On RAW
The SmackDown hacker hasn’t been seen on WWE programming over the past couple of months.
He had been teasing the break up of a Tag Team in his last few appearances, but that storyline went no where. Although many teams have parted ways since then, but none of them broke up due to anything related to the hacker.
Fightful Select is reporting that the ‘early versions’ of creative for this week’s RAW featured RETRIBUTION leader Mustafa Ali being revealed as the hacker.
It was also noted that “it wasn’t intended to be a focal point of the RETRIBUTION angle, or even mentioned at some points, but was pitched as a way to tie up loose ends”.
As of this morning, a promo from the hacker is in works to air on tonight’s RAW, but it isn’t confirmed yet.
