• Roman Reigns Comments On Bobby Lashley Defeating Him

During a recent interview with NBC Sports Radio’s Helen Yee, “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns talked about losing to Bobby Lashley at Extreme Rules 2018, his upcoming #1 contenders match with Lashley on RAW next week & more.

Below are the highlights:

On losing to Lashley at Extreme Rules & getting a chance to face him again:

“To be honest the rivalry with Bobby Lashley is pretty new. Two nights ago at Extreme Rules, we had a singles match and he beat me. You know, he got the better of me the other night.

We both had triple threat matches in order to earn an opportunity to be the #1 contender to take on Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. So we’re gonna meet next week and go at it again. This time I have a better feel for him and hopefully, it’ll be a better result for me.”

On Lashley getting comfortable in WWE:

“From the get-go, I think it was a little rocky. I think he’s really settled in and he’s getting comfortable and you could tell that it seems like he’s starting to feel at home again. When you leave WWE and you move around a little bit you can kinda get out of the shake of things.

It seems like he’s really getting comfortable. He had a great showing on Sunday, next Monday’s not gonna be the same.”

Dolph Ziggler defended his Intercontinental Championship against Seth Rollins this past Sunday in the main event of Extreme Rules 2018 PPV. Both of the guys put their full efforts in the match but the fans were not invested in the match.

Fans were more interested in counting down the time with the clock on the big screen. They did not pay much attention to what was happening in the ring. Due to the crowd chanting “10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1″ with every minute, the decision was made to remove the clock from the big screen, but that decision only intensified the crowd’s reaction.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Kevin Dunn decided to remove the clock from the big screen.

After the clock was removed Ziggler said to Rollins, “It’s worse than when the clock was up.”

Rollins then responded by saying, “That’s why they should have left it up.”
