– AEW held its 200th episode of Dynamite this past Wednesday at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.
The show featured Toni Storm vs. Hikaru Shida as the main event, where Shida dethroned Storm to win her second AEW Women’s World Championship.
However, a decent amount of fans weren’t interested in watching the main event and left the arena when it started.
Richard Trionfo of PWInsider was in attendance for Dynamite and he noted that the building looked full for the areas that AEW sold tickets for. However, many fans apparently didn’t want to watch the main event
He noted that “there was a decent amount of the crowd that left during the main event of Dynamite and pockets of people would leave throughout Rampage.”
– According to the Wrestling Observer, Logan Paul vs. Ricochet will be the opening match of this Saturday’s SummerSlam 2023 premium live event.
Immediately after this match, Logan will take a flight to Dallas to attend his brother Jake Paul’s Boxing Match against UFC Veteran Nate Diaz.
– Roman Reigns will defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against his cousin Jey Uso in the main event of SummerSlam this Saturday at the Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.
Jey Uso was preparing to leave for Detroit at his home on Wednesday, where WWE recorded a vlog and asked his youngest son, Jeyce Fatu’s prediction about his dad vs. Roman Reigns.
Jeyce reminded Jey that The Tribal Chief defeated him in their last encounter, which is why he thinks Reigns will win this time too.
Jey then later convinced his son to pick him as the potential winner over Reigns.
