• Mark Henry Wasn’t Happy With WWE Star Treating The World’s Strongest Slam Like A Regular Move

Mark Henry takes a lot of pride in his finishing move, the World’s Strongest Slam. During his Hall of Pain run in WWE, it was one of the most protected finishers in the company.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Henry revealed that he spoke with former Money In The Bank winner Otis after seeing him use the move in one of his matches. The former World Heavyweight Champion made it clear he didn’t want his finisher treated like just another spot.

“I talked to Otis. I said, ‘Yo, man, don’t use my finish as a high spot. If you’re going to use it, use it to put somebody in jeopardy for you to win or have them roll out and you can’t get to him.’”

Henry also recently voiced frustration about AEW renaming the move to the Most Dangerous Slam, calling it disrespectful and saying it was done to downplay his legacy.

• Mike Rotunda aka IRS (Bray Wyatt & Bo Dallas’ Father) Is In Hospice Care

During an interview with Bill Apter, WWE Hall of Famer Barry Windham offered an update on his longtime friend and tag team partner Mike Rotunda (aka IRS), revealing that Rotunda is currently in hospice care.

Windham became visibly emotional while speaking about his brother-in-law, saying the entire Rotunda family means a great deal to him and asking fans to keep Mike in their prayers. “I would like for you all to pray for Mike,” Windham said, expressing both affection and concern for his friend’s health. This explains Bo Dallas / Uncle Howdy’s absence from WWE TV as of late.

Reflecting on their deep bond, Windham shared how their friendship began more than four decades ago. The two first met in Toronto in late 1981 or early 1982, before Rotunda’s trip to Germany for training.

Windham recalled that their connection was instant – “like old pals forever” – and that they remained close ever since. Their partnership would later lead to championship success and a lasting legacy as one of wrestling’s most respected tag teams.

• Backstage Concern Over Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed Forced WWE To Change World Title Plans

After Seth Rollins became the 2025 Crown Jewel Champion, he was betrayed by Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman on RAW. The Visionary vacated his title due to a shoulder injury last week, after which a Battle Royal was held to determine CM Punk’s opponent for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Many fans expected Bron Breakker to win it, as he had set his sights on the World Heavyweight Title after taking out Rollins. However, he and Bronson Reed were pulled from the Battle Royal by Adam Pearce, and Jey Uso ended up winning the match.

Breakker brought this up to Paul Heyman on this week’s RAW and said that The Vision should’ve been in the Battle Royal.

According to TC of WrestleVotes, WWE officials decided not to include Breakker or Reed in the match due to concern over how the live crowd would react to them.

The belief internally was that fans might end up cheering the two after their recent turn on Seth Rollins – who had been the top heel on RAW for most of the year – which would have gone against the company’s creative direction, as Breakker and Reed are supposed to be heels and draw negative reactions.

As noted before, WWE has plans in place to eventually crown Bron Breakker as World Heavyweight Champion, but the feeling is that the moment deserves to happen on a bigger stage than Saturday Night’s Main Event this weekend.

The 28-year-old continued to build momentum on this week’s RAW after picking up a win over LA Knight.
