MJF Explains Why He Turned Heel On AEW Collision

Below are the complete results from Saturday’s night’s AEW Collision, which went head-to-head with WWE Money In The Bank.

– MJF kicked off AEW Collision and explained why he turned on Daniel Garcia at Dynamite: Beach Break. MJF said that Garcia was nothing more than a pawn and that he was foolish to believe that MJF was going to give him a match at All In at Wembley Stadium. MJF revealed that he was always going to stab Garcia in the back and snap his neck. MJF said that the fans chose Swerve Strickland, Kazuchika Okada and Will Ospreay over him, and have no one to blame but themselves.

– Jack Perry (c) def. Marko Stunt to retain the TNT Championship

This was Marko’s return to AEW TV.

– Kip Sabian met The Patriarchy backstage. Kip revealed that he lost his Father and wanted to speak with Christian Cage. Christian said that Kip should be proud that his Father doesn’t have to see what a disgrace he has become, and had Killswitch attack Kip.

– AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm def. Trish Adora

– A vignette was shown for someone in a Mask.

– Claudio Castagnoli def. The Beast Mortos

– Riho def. Lady Frost

– “Hangman” Adam Page def. Jay White to advance to the Final of the Men’s Owen Hart Cup Tournament after Christian Cage cost Jay the match and took him out with a Spear (even though Jeff Jarrett tried to prevent Hangman from using a belt)

Page will now face Bryan Danielson in the Final of the tournament on next week’s Dynamite, with the winner earning an AEW World Championship match at All In.
