• Multi-Time Champion’s Return To WWE Is “Imminent”
According to Wrestlingnewsco, Zack Ryder (Matt Cardona) is scheduled to return to WWE very soon.
Ever since Triple H became the Head of Creative in WWE, there’s been speculation that he will bring Ryder back to the company, as he became a top name on the indy scene ever since his WWE release, winning several titles, including the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.
Ryder’s real-life wife, Chelsea Green, returned to WWE recently, so Ryder returning to the company is considered “imminent” by many within the company.
At the recent NWA Nuff Said PPV, Ryder failed to defeat Tyrus (fka Brodus Clay in WWE) for the NWA World Title.
This was seen as a sign by many that Ryder is on his way back to WWE.
Below are Zack’s accomplishments in WWE during his 13-year run on the main roster:
– 1x Intercontinental Champion
– 1x United States Champion
– 2x RAW Tag Team Champion
– 2 Title wins at WrestleMania
