• Multiple John Cena Farewell Moments Were Not Planned
John Cena’s final WWE match led to many real and unplanned moments on Saturday Night’s Main Event. It was noted that several emotional moments involving wrestlers were not planned ahead of time by the creative team.
According to Fightful Select, the most notable spontaneous moment was the emotional ringside interview with Cody Rhodes. Sources say that the interview, where Rhodes clearly showed how much Cena meant to him, was completely off-the-cuff and not written into the script.
In addition to Rhodes’s interview, some of the action and interactions that happened in the ring during Cena’s farewell tribute after his loss to GUNTHER were also not planned. Cena’s post-match time was full of real emotion and unexpected gestures from the performers present.
• Drew McIntyre’s Home Invaded (Video)
Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre’s rivalry over the Undisputed WWE Championship took a deeply personal turn, escalating far beyond the ring. What has already been months of tension between the two stars reached a new level following Saturday Night’s Main Event.
SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis visited Drew McIntyre at his home this past weekend to address his actions at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where McIntyre interrupted the match between Cody Rhodes and NXT Champion Oba Femi. Aldis explained that both he and Cody wanted McIntyre reinstated from his suspension, but only under specific conditions.
The terms presented to McIntyre included another title match against Rhodes, a public apology to referee Dan Engler for striking him with a Claymore Kick, and a fine taken from his Survivor Series: WarGames paycheck. McIntyre immediately rejected the offer and instead laid out his own demands.
McIntyre stated that he would only return if he was allowed to choose the stipulation for his next championship match against Cody Rhodes. He also demanded that legal documents be prepared stating that if Cody laid a single finger on him before the match, he would be stripped of the Undisputed WWE Championship. After some hesitation, Aldis ultimately agreed to The Scottish Psychopath’s terms.
Moments later, McIntyre’s alarm suddenly went off, alerting him to someone attempting to enter his home. He looked at his security feed and saw Cody Rhodes outside, trying to get inside as security attempted to stop him. He blamed Nick Aldis for the situation before rushing outside to confront Rhodes.
A brawl broke out when they came face-to-face. You can watch it below:

• Nikki Bella Reveals The Body Part That Makes Her Feel Insecure
Nikki Bella has been very open about her personal life and the challenges she’s faced following her divorce, including the process of reclaiming confidence both in and out of the ring.
On the latest episode of The Nikki & Brie Show, the WWE Hall of Famer reflected on her segment from last week’s RAW, where she demanded a rematch for the Women’s World Championship from Stephanie Vaquer, only to be blindsided by Raquel Rodriguez.
After taking a hard bump outside of the ring, Bella took a moment to appreciate her own strength and conditioning, specifically her glutes.
“Hell of a bump, little jiggle jiggle. You know what made me proud of that moment? Seeing it back, you really have to see my glutes firing up, and it just shows how much squatting and deadlifting we’ve been doing. The glutes are really performing and shaping up.”
Despite celebrating the parts of her body that have improved, Bella admitted that she still struggles with insecurity, particularly regarding her stomach. She discussed how it can be challenging to accept her appearance after becoming a mother.
“But I will admit I body shame myself about my stomach, and all the moms are with me on this. It’s hard because I’m trying to fix parts about myself that can’t be fixed with exercise. It’s just hard seeing yourself on TV after having a child.
I’m allowed to feel a certain way. Look, I have a healthy, amazing little boy, and that’s what matters. There are just times I’m like, ‘Ooooh, should I?’ I’m allowed to feel bad about myself if I want. I’m working hard on the parts I want to fix.”
