• New #1 Contender For The RAW Women’s Championship Crowned
In the main event of tonight’s RAW, the dual-brand Battle Royal to crown the #1 contender for the RAW Women’s Championship took place.
Prior to the match, Nia Jax told everyone to eliminate themselves already so they can save some time & energy, as she’s going to win in the end anyway. The match began and everyone attacked Nia.
Nia saved Shayna Baszler from getting eliminated in the match, but Shayna didn’t return the favour later and eliminated Nia herself. Nia Jax then put Lana through the announce table once again (and for the 4th time overall).
During the match, McIntyre & Orton were brawling backstage.
Natalya & Lacey Evans are the final two women remaining in the match. Natalya managed to through Lacey on the floor while they were fighting on the ring apron.
Lana (who wasn’t eliminated) then came in and eliminated Natalya to win the match!

Lana will now face Asuka for the RAW Women’s Championship on next week’s season premiere of RAW.
McIntyre & Orton’s brawl then reached the ringside area. RAW went off the air with referees and producers separating them.

• On This Day In Pro Wrestling History (October 12, 1983) – Legendary Old School WWF Manager Passed Away
On this day in 1983, we lost the legendary Old School WWF Manager The Grand Wizard (Real name: Ernie Roth) at the age of 57 due to a heart attack.
During the 70s & early 80s, The Grand Wizard managed Stars like Stan Stasiak, “Superstar” Billy Graham, “Big Cat” Ernie Ladd & Killer Kowalski, among others.
In 1995, he was posthumously inducted into the WWF Hall of Fame (now known as WWE Hall of Fame) by Old School WWF Legend Sgt. Slaughter.
