2. Alberto Del Rio Reacts To His Brutal Backstage Fight
As we noted before, Alberto Del Rio was involved in a brutal backstage fight last night. Below is the report from SuperLuchas:
“Alberto Del Rio and Paige were in the IWRG show at the Arena Naucalpan (outside Mexico City). They were probably there just to see Alberto’s brother fight in the main event.
They went to Backstage (Dressing) during the show. While in Backstage, a local fighter named Rafy, a member of Ninja Turtles, was near. Something happened – this part is unclear, but it is said that Alberto thought Rafy had touched his girlfriend Paige – and both fists began to see each other in the locker room.
The fight was taken to a corridor connecting the entrance backstage with fans, so many fans saw the fight before they were separated. It was not a planned fight, it’s said Rafy’s face was very hurt because of Alberto. I have no idea what happened to Alberto.”
