– Adam Pearce kicked off tonight’s RAW and announced that the SmackDown Women’s Championship is now the Women’s World Championship.
Rhea Ripley was then given her new Title:
Cody Rhodes came out during this segment and challenged Dominik Mysterio to a match at Money In The Bank 2023. Rhea Ripley accepted on Dominik’s behalf.
The Miz then tried to attack Cody, but Cody saw it and clotheslined him out of the ring. Dominik then punched Cody from behind and ran away.
– Cody Rhodes def. The Miz
– Becky Lynch said she’s going to win the Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Zoey Stark came out and said Becky couldn’t beat Trish Stratus and Becky won’t be able to beat her at Money In The Bank either.
– Becky Lynch def. Chelsea Green
– Judgment Day members were talking backstage and Finn Balor looked distracted. Rhea asked him if he’s okay. Balor said he has a lot on his mind. Damian Priest said he’s going to beat Matt Riddle tonight and he’s going to go out there alone, and he said this while looking at Balor.
– Damian Priest def. Matt Riddle to qualify for the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match
Intercontinental Champion Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser attacked Riddle after the match.
– In a backstage segment, Cody Rhodes vowed to defeat Dominik Mysterio at Money In The Bank.
– Natalya said being herself has gotten her nowhere and she doesn’t know how to be herself anymore.
– Gunther & Ludwig Kaiser challenged Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn to an Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match tonight. Adam Pearce made it official for tonight’s main event.
– Jinder Mahal & Indus Sher challenged Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander.
– Bronson Reed def. Ricochet via DQ after Shinsuke Nakamura interfered and attacked Reed
– Finn Balor said that Seth Rollins took everything from him when he injured him at SummerSlam 2016, and he will now return the favor and take everything away from him at Money In The Bank.
Seth said in the last 7 years, Finn got bitter while he got better and accepted his challenge. Seth asked Finn if he is going to show up as the Finn that beat him for the Universal Title, or the one that’s been acting like a b*tch for the last 7 years.
Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor for the World Heavyweight Championship has been made official for Money In The Bank 2023.
– WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Shayna Baszler def. Raquel Rodriguez with help from Ronda Rousey
– Chad Gable def. Erik of The Viking Raiders
– Finn Balor was talking to JD McDonagh backstage. Damian Priest interrupted and said Balor looks in a better mood after getting a World Title match. Finn congratulated Damian on qualifying for the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Finn then questioned if Priest will cash-in on him if they both win at Money In The Bank, and Priest said he won’t. Priest also said Balor needs to put his issue with Seth Rollins behind him once & for all.
– Seth Rollins told Cathy Kelley that he will issue an Open Challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship on next week’s RAW.
– Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens (c) def. Imperium (Intercontinental Champion Gunther & Ludwig Kaiser) to retain the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship
Matt Riddle tried to interfere, but Gunther took him out with a kick.
