Former RAW Women’s Champion Nia Jax is the biggest female wrestler in WWE history.

Standing at 6 feel tall and weighing in at 272 lbs, Nia was significantly bigger than her opponents in the ring.

In 2022, she wanted to lose weight and asked Charlotte Flair for help. The Queen (who is at her leanest right now) helped her lose 48 pounds in just 6 months!

Below is what Nia tweeted about it:

“Me to Charlotte after her wedding: ‘I feel gross & uncomfortable! I want to lose weight’

Charlotte to me: ‘please let me help you! You got this woman’

Officially started in October… 6 months later, down 48 lbs 🙏🏽

Sends me killer workouts and motivates me 💪🏾”
