This is part 2 of our WWE Night Of Champions 2023 live coverage (part 1 is here).

Up next is a 1st time ever match. WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus makes her way out first, followed by Becky Lynch. The match begins and Trish tries to talk trash, but Becky punches Trish right in the face.

Trish takes the fight to the outside and sends Becky into the steel ring steps.

Stratus is looking to pick her 1st singles victory in 17 years right now. Her last singles win was at the Unforgiven 2006 PPV, which was her original retirement match, where she defeated Lita to win the WWE Women’s Championship for the 7th time in her career.

Since that win, Trish has competed in several matches by coming out of retirement multiple times. She picked up multiple wins in tag team matches, but hasn’t won a singles match yet.

In 2011, she lost to Vickie Guerrero in a No DQ match on RAW. At SummerSlam 2019, she lost to Charlotte Flair. These are the only two singles matches she has had since 2006.

Zoey Stark comes out from under the ring and hits Becky with her finisher. Trish hits her finisher on Becky to pick up the win.
