• NXT Results – 3 SmackDown Wrestlers Appear
– Axiom def. Andre Chase and Von Wagner in a Triple Threat Match to earn the last spot in the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline
– NXT Champion Bron Breakker & Apollo Crews went fishing ahead of their Title match at NXT Deadline. Bron wished Apollo good luck and said he will bring his power & speed to Deadline. Apollo promised to match it. Apollo caught a fish and then returned it. Bron was unable to catch a fish. Apollo said that it just wasn’t his day, and it won’t be his day at Deadline either.
– Tony D’Angelo def. Xyon Quinn
D’Angelo sent a message to NXT North American Champion Wes Lee after the match. Dijak warned both of them.
– Charlie Dempsey def. Hank Walker
SmackDown’s Drew Gulak came out to watch the ending of the match and then left.
– Scrypts said one must be careful with one’s words and that NXT is his new home and he will target the chosen ones.
– NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly presented “A Real Christmas Story”. They said that they have defeated every Tag Team and won’t ever lose their NXT Tag Team Titles and 2023 will be an even better year for them.
SmackDown’s The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) then showed up. New Day issued a challenge for the NXT Tag Team Titles at NXT Deadline. Pretty Deadly tried to attack them, but New Day saw it coming and took them out.
– Isla Dawn def. Thea Hail
After the match, smoke surrounded the ring and Alba Fyre emerged from the smoke. They got into a brawl and had to be separated by the Referees. Isla tried to spit her green mist on Alba again, but she spit on a Referee instead.
– Josh Briggs & Brooks Jenson def. Malik Blade & Edris Enofe
– Lyra Valkyria will make her debut next week.
– Indi Hartwell def. Fallon Henley and Wendy Choo in a Triple Threat Match to earn the last spot in the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline
After the match, Indi confronted Mandy Rose and said she’s the one who will end her lengthy NXT Women’s Title reign.
– The Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge participants met face-to-face. A brawl broke out to end the show.
