– Tonight’s episode of WWE NXT kicked off with Baron Corbin. Corbin said the NXT roster has gotten soft and weak, especially NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes. Ilja Dragunov interrupted and said he wants to see Corbin prove it in the ring and challenged him to a match.
– Bron Breakker attacked Ilja Dragunov backstage.
– Schism (The Dyad & The Rock’s daughter Ava Raine) def. Diamond Mine
This was Ava’s second televised match and 3rd match overall, and the first win of her career.
– Tony D’Angelo told Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo that he ran into their mutual friend Knuckles while in prison, and ponders who the rat is that squealed on him.
– Blair Davenport def. Dani Palmer
– Dana Brooke arrived because she wants to enter the #1 Contender Battle Royal.
– Baron Corbin def. Trick Williams
– Mustafa Ali def. Joe Gacy
After the match, Ali got attacked by Schism. NXT North American Champion Wes Lee & Tyler Bate made the save for Ali.
– Noam Dar introduced his faction The Meta Four.
– Eddy Thorpe def. Damon Kemp
– Scrypts def. Dabba-Kato with help from Axiom
After the match, Dabba-Kato attacked both of them.
– Thea Hail won the #1 Contender Battle Royal to earn an NXT Women’s Championship match against Tiffany Stratton
