This episode was pre-taped at the Convention Center in El Paso, Texas and featured matches, promos & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF SummerSlam 1989’ PPV.

• NXT Tag Team Debuts On RAW & Gets A New Name, More Wrestlers Shifted To RAW

NXT Tag Team Champions The War Raiders made their WWE main roster debut on tonight’s RAW and they now have a new name – The Viking Experience (Ivar & Erik).

Also on tonight’s RAW, The Miz & Andrade from SmackDown and Cedric Alexander from 205 Live got shifted to RAW.

Miz attacked Shane McMahon in the opening segment of RAW and Andrade defeated Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor in his RAW debut.

Speaking of RAW, a 6 man tag team match is set to take place on tonight’s RAW, where Universal Champion Seth Rollins will team up with Roman Reigns and a mystery partner to take on the team of Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin.
