Below are the complete results from tonight’s RAW, which featured the WWE main roster debut of Odyssey Jones.
– Tonight’s RAW after SummerSlam kicked off with Ludwig Kaiser making his return from injury and introducing the new World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther. Gunther came to the ring and listed some of his WWE accomplishments, including his new title as World Heavyweight Champion. He claimed that if fans thought his Intercontinental Championship reign was historic, they should watch to see what he would do with the World Heavyweight Title. He declared himself above everyone in the ring and ready for any challenge, calling himself greatness personified. Gunther then proclaimed that from this day forth, RAW, the legacy of professional wrestling, and the World Heavyweight Championship belongs to him. Randy Orton’s music hit and the SmackDown star came out to the ring. Gunther admitted he was caught off guard by Orton. Orton congratulated Gunther on becoming the new titleholder but remarked that he couldn’t help but think he was the reason Gunther held the title in the first place. Orton reminded Gunther that The Ring General beat him in the finals of King Of The Ring 2024 tournament to secure his title shot at SummerSlam, then questioned whether Gunther really won their match since his shoulders weren’t fully down on the mat. Randy said that Triple H had reviewed the footage and granted him a future shot at Gunther’s title, which he intended to cash in at the next PLE, Bash At Berlin, on August 31st. He acknowledged Gunther’s claim of being a living legend but said he had made a career out of defeating legends and would do so again to become the new World Heavyweight Champion and an overall 15-time World Champion. Gunther accepted Orton’s challenge, and they shook hands. Gunther then pulled Orton close and warned him that nothing catches him out of nowhere. Orton responded that he wants Gunther to see the RKO coming.
– Sheamus def. Ludwig Kaiser
Pete Dunne tried to attack Sheamus, but Sheamus knocked him out. This was Ludwig’s return match from injury.
– Damian Priest stormed down to the ring and wasted no time in calling Finn Balor to come down and take his beating like a man. When Balor didn’t appear, Priest questioned Balor going from a prince to a backstabbing coward. He mentioned that he had been on his own for most of his life until he joined Judgment Day, realizing that his family had grown larger with the WWE Universe. He expressed his rage over Balor taking the World Heavyweight Championship from his family and declared that he will be responsible for Balor’s suffering. He called Balor to the ring a second time. Balor then appeared on the titantron, explaining that Judgment Day was never supposed to have a leader until Priest won the World Heavyweight Championship. He recounted almost becoming the titleholder a year ago, only for Priest to cost him the victory. He remembered Priest telling him to man up after that incident and stated that he did just that a year later. Balor revealed that he wouldn’t be fighting Priest, but JD McDonagh would take his place. He warned that he would wait until Priest felt safe and comfortable before striking repeatedly and that he wouldn’t be alone. Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan, Carlito, and McDonagh then joined Balor on the screen. Dom and Liv exchanged kisses. Priest, enraged, stormed up the ramp and headed to the back.

– CM Punk came out and pointed out that he was smiling despite losing at SummerSlam. He mentioned that his appearance at the event was never a certainty due to his torn triceps, and being in the ring tonight was also in question. He stated that he always gets back up when he’s down, which some people in WWE dislike. He added that while doctors initially told him his recovery would take 9 months, he managed it in 5. Punk then addressed Drew McIntyre and everything McIntyre had put him through, saying that SummerSlam was just the beginning. He declared that his journey to WrestleMania 41 started on Saturday and questioned where he would be without the fans. He said the fans deserved more action and less talking from him and noted that despite McIntyre’s vow to bury him, he was still standing. Seth Rollins’ music hit, and Rollins made his way to the ring. Sliding off his jacket, Rollins told Punk that he was also in a good mood and that after 10 years, it was finally time to put Punk in the dirt. As Rollins looked to enter the ring, Drew McIntyre’s voice from the crowd stopped him. McIntyre asked why there was so much negativity, stating that tonight was a night of celebration following his SummerSlam win. He said he had earned Punk’s undivided attention and had shocked both Punk and the world on Saturday by proving he still had it. He declared that Punk was no longer the “Best In The World” because he now held that title. He added that Rollins and Punk should be focused on him instead of each other. McIntyre held up his arm with Punk’s bracelet, prompting Punk to jump the barricade and charge at McIntyre through the crowd. McIntyre retreated, but Punk pursued him while Bronson Reed blindsided Rollins in the ring. Rollins managed to hit Reed with a superkick, but Reed responded with a Death Valley Driver and a pair of sentons. Reed then ascended to the top rope and delivered a pair of Tsunamis to Rollins. Officials arrived to check on Rollins, but Reed climbed to the top again and delivered 4 more Tsunamis! After sliding out of the ring, Reed re-entered and sat on the middle rope, crossing his arms and standing tall until officials ordered him to the back, which he complied with.
