Dudley Boyz as the WWF Tag Team Champions

On this day in Pro Wrestling history in 2001, WWF taped an episode of SmackDown.

Dudley Boyz made history during this episode as they defeated The Hardy Boyz to become the WCW World Tag Team Champions and became the 1st and only team ever to hold the WWF, ECW & WCW Tag Team Titles during their career. They were the final WCW World Tag Team Champions as the titles were unified with WWF Tag Team Titles at Survivor Series 2001.
