• On This Day In Pro Wrestling History (April 26, 1998) – WWF In Your House 21: Unforgiven

On this day in Pro Wrestling history on April 26, 1998, the World Wrestling Federation aired ‘WWF In Your House 21: Unforgiven’ LIVE on PPV from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.

It was the 21st edition of the In Your House pay-per-views, but at the same time the first ever “Unforgiven”, an event that was held every year after that, all though without the “In Your House” theme.

This event featured the first ever Inferno match in professional wrestling history.

WWF European Championship: Triple H (c) defeated Owen Hart

NWA World Tag Team Championship: The New Midnight Express (c) defeated The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express

Inferno match: The Undertaker defeated Kane
