On this day in Pro Wrestling history on April 5, 2009, World Wrestling Entertainment aired ‘WrestleMania 25’ LIVE on PPV from the Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas.

The event’s tagline was “The 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania”.

This WrestleMania featured Old School Wrestlers Triple H (WWF), The Big Show (WCW/WWF), Edge (WWF), The Undertaker (WWF), Shawn Michaels (WWF), The Hardy Boyz (WWF), Chris Jericho (WCW/WWF), Jimmy Snuka (WWF), Ricky Steamboat (NWA/WCW/WWF), Roddy Piper (WWF/WCW), Christian (WWF), Fit Finlay (WCW), Kane (WWF), Mark Henry (WWF), Rey Mysterio (WCW) and JBL/Bradshaw (WWF).
