It was broadcasted from the Worcester Centrum in Worcester, Massachusetts and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF Royal Rumble 1999’ PPV.

When Tony Schiavone reported on NITRO that on ‘the other channel’ Mankind would win the WWF Title, around 375,000 homes (which equals ~ 600,000 viewers) switched the channel to RAW.
