On this day in Pro Wrestling history on March 8th 1988, the World Wrestling Federation held an event at the Viking Hall in Bristol, Tennessee.
This event included TV-Tapings for several weekly WWF TV-Shows, as well as matches that never aired on television.
Owen Hart wrestled an untelevised try-out match against long-time WWF enhancement talent Barry Horowitz.
