Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day, featuring Seth Rollins and Saturday Night’s Main Event.
• Bronson Reed suffered a broken foot during the main event of Survivor Series while performing a dive off the cage. The injury required surgery, which was more complex than anticipated but ultimately successful. Reed is expected to return around May or June 2025.
Due to Reed’s injury, WWE adjusted its plans, leading to Drew McIntyre’s early return to face Sami Zayn at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
According to PWInsider, WWE had originally planned for Seth Rollins to face Reed in a blowoff match to conclude their feud this Saturday.
