• Old School WWF Legend Would Have Celebrated His Birthday

Today would have been the 73rd birthday of Old School World Wrestling Federation Legend “The Eighth Wonder of the World” André The Giant (Real name: André Roussimoff).

The 7ft 2in (billed as 7ft 4in) Giant wrestled for various territories during the 60s, 70s, 80s & early 90s, but most famously for Vince McMahon Sr.’s World Wide Wrestling Federation since 1973 and later for Vince McMahon Jr.’s World Wrestling Federation.

During his time in the WWF, André wrestled at the first 6 WrestleManias, most famously main eventing WrestleMania III against “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan in front of 93,173 fans at the Pontiac Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan.

The most famous giant in professional wrestling history became the very first ever inductee into the WWF Hall of Fame (now known as WWE Hall of Fame) in 1993, only 2 months after he passed away.

• PAC (Neville) Not Working AEW Double Or Nothing PPV Due To Creative Differences

PAC (former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville) was scheduled to face “Hangman” Adam Page at All Elite Wrestling’s Double Or Nothing PPV on May 25th, but that isn’t going to happen anymore.

PAC, who is the current Dragon Gate Open the Dream Gate Champion, wants to stay undefeated while he has the Title and didn’t agree to what AEW had in mind for his match with Adam Page.

This led to Page showing up at a Wrestle Gate Pro event in Nottingham, England to have a match with PAC. The match ended with Page winning via DQ. After the match, PAC told Page that he won’t be coming to AEW Double Or Nothing.

AEW will be releasing this match on video soon.

Page is still expected to have a match at AEW Double Or Nothing, but his opponent isn’t expected to be announced before the PPV.
