• Paige’s Future In WWE Not Looking Good

According to The Dirty Sheets, former WWE Divas Champion Paige might not get a new deal from WWE when her current contract expires.

Paige signed with WWE back in 2011 and became the first-ever NXT Women’s Champion. WWE officials were very high on Paige and thought she would play an important role in the Women’s Division for many years to come.

This led to WWE offering a 6 year deal to Paige in 2014, which was worth $500,000 per year (so a total of $3 million).

With Paige being injured for a long period of time during this contract, she has reportedly made less than half of the total amount she was supposed to make (based on the terms & conditions of the contract).

With Paige being forced to retire from in-ring action, she has very less to offer to the company.

Many believed that her movie “Fighting with Family” would be her ‘saving grace’, but that movie didn’t do much at the Box Office either.

With 13 months left on Paige’s contract, things aren’t looking for Paige’s future in WWE.

WWE could always offer Paige a new deal when her current deal expires, but the amount of money in the new contract isn’t going to be anywhere near her previous pay.
