• Dark Side of the Ring has captivated viewers by revealing the hidden and often dark sides of professional wrestling. The show delves into shocking scandals and tragic stories, tackling the industry’s most controversial issues without hesitation. With the 5th season concluding earlier this year and featuring prominent figures, fans are already eagerly anticipating the 6th season.
PWInsider is reporting that production for the 6th season began last month. Although details are still being kept secret, there are intriguing hints about what’s to come.
While there haven’t been any major updates yet, interviews are currently being scheduled on various topics. One notable name expected to be featured is Billy Jack Haynes, who worked in the WWF from 1986 to 1988. He was arrested for the murder of his wife earlier this year.
Additionally, there have been talks about possibly including segments on Dennis Coralluzzo (former president and board member of the NWA) and Ludvig Borga.
Borga worked for the World Wrestling Federation from 1993 to 1994 and is known for ending Tatanka’s undefeated run. He was also a member of the Finnish Parliament from 2003 to 2007. Borgan ended his life with a self-inflicted gunshot wound on January 8, 2010, two days after his 47th birthday.
