• “People’s Elbow was a mimic of my move” – 2023 WWE Hall Of Fame Inductee
The Rock is one of the biggest stars in the whole world (not just the wrestling world) and his People’s Elbow move is iconic.
The People’s Champion used that move to defeat “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan in the co-main event of WrestleMania 18, which was a career-defining victory for him.
During an interview with ESPN, 2023 WWE Hall of Fame inductee The Great Muta (Keiji Muto) revealed the following information about the People’s Elbow
“I met him before two or three times. He actually admitted that his People’s Elbow was a mimic of my move.
So I asked him for royalties. But we were joking and he didn’t pay anything, but we really had a good conversation.”
