• Plan For Angel Garza & Liv Morgan On RAW
As seen on this week’s RAW, Zelina Vega managed former NXT Cruiserweight Champion Angel Garza and he went on to take out Rey Mysterio.
On the other hand, Liv Morgan defeated Lana in a singles match and then got attacked by the returning Ruby Riott.
Dave Meltzer of the Wresting Observer gave the following updates on plans for Garza & Morgan on RAW:
Angel Garza: “For right now [Angel Garza] is here because Andrade failed a drug test and they needed something. That’s what he’s here for.
I know he should stay and he may, and there’s no rule that he has to go back [to NXT], but right now the idea is that he’s still gonna be on both shows and he’s an NXT guy, but he’s a fill-in for 30 days now.”
Liv Morgan: “This was a way for Liv Morgan to get a win and set up her next rivalry with Ruby Riott which will be, in theory will be like — with Lana you can do a storyline thing and everything and Lana is really good at certain things, but wrestling isn’t one of them.
Ruby Riott is a good worker and it will allow Liv Morgan to get over which is what the goal is, it will allow her to get over at least in an in-ring way.”
