On this day in 1991, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Wrestling Challenge’.
This episode was pre-taped at the Civic Center in Springfield, Massachusetts and featured matches, promos & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF This Tuesday in Texas’ PPV.

– The Berzerker vs. Ross Greenburg
– Jim “the Anvil” Neidhart & Owen Hart vs. Barry Horowitz & Duane Gill
– Virgil vs. Scrub
– Colonel Mustafa vs. Al Phillips
– Bret “the Hitman” Hart vs. Chris Duffy
– The Natural Disasters vs. Jason Perry & Mario Mancini
• Positive Update On Braun Strowman’s TLC 2018 Status & Reason Behind WWE Announcing New Matches
WWE added two more singles matches to TLC 2018 PPV:
– Drew McIntyre vs. Finn Balor
– Bobby Lashley vs. Elias
This most likely means that Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin is on for TLC 2018 PPV.
According to the Dirty Sheets, Strowman is scheduled to be backstage at next week’s RAW and he will compete at TLC 2018 if he can get medical clearance from WWE doctors.
Strowman’s injury isn’t as serious as WWE officials thought it would be and he would most likely be available for a squash match at TLC 2018.
This means the back-up 6 man tag team TLC match (Bray Wyatt/Kurt Angle, Elias & Finn Balor vs. Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre & Bobby Lashley) won’t be taking place. WWE began the build-up for this 6 man tag team match this week with Corbin’s heel trio taking out Elias & Balor. This is why WWE announced separate singles match for both McIntyre & Lashley.
It should be noted that if Strowman vs. Corbin is booked as a Squash match, then it might not be the main event of TLC 2018 PPV.
