19. Road Dogg Says Shinsuke Nakamura’s Entrance Not Airing On SmackDown Live Was Not A Mistake, But A Business Decision

On this week’s episode of SmackDown Live, the men’s Money in the Bank 2017 ladder match participants competed in a 6 man tag team match (United States Champion Kevin Owens, Baron Corbin & Dolph Ziggler vs. AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura & Sami Zayn) in the main event of the show.

It should be noted that former two time NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura’s entrance wasn’t shown on TV and a commercial aired on TV while “The Artist” was making his entrance.

Many fans complained about this to WWF Veteran Road Dogg (who books SmackDown Live) and Road Dogg noted that Nakamura’s entrance not airing wasn’t a mistake, but an “unpopular business decision”.

Below is the conversation between fans & Road Dogg regarding this on Twitter:

You can watch the ending moments of this match below:

After the match was over, all the wrestlers brawled and it was Nakamura who climbed up the ladder and unhooked the Money in the Bank briefcase.
