Jey Uso’s upcoming tag team match on the March 24th edition of WWE RAW in Glasgow, Scotland, has sparked a wave of speculation, particularly regarding the identity of his mystery partner.

Adding fuel to the fire, TNA World Champion Joe Hendry has seemingly thrown his hat into the ring with a cryptic social media post.

Joe Hendry Might Team Up With Jey Uso

Following the announcement of Uso’s match against Austin Theory and Grayson Waller, Hendry took to Twitter, posting his signature catchphrase, “Say His Name and He Appears.” This simple statement has ignited the internet, with many fans theorizing that Hendry could be the surprise partner.

Joe Hendry Will Be In Scotland On The Same Night As RAW

Hendry’s potential involvement is further bolstered by his Scottish roots, hailing from Edinburgh, and his scheduled appearance in Glasgow on the same night for a “Sweet Chin Disco” event. The event, described as a fusion of wrestling fan culture and rave, features Hendry and WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry.

His presence in Glasgow, coupled with his playful social media post, has created a buzz among fans, who are eager to see if he’ll make a surprise appearance on RAW. His catchphrase, known for its implication of unexpected appearances, aligns perfectly with the mystery partner narrative.

Joe Hendry Is Not Done With Roman Reigns

Joe Hendry last appeared on WWE programming at Royal Rumble 2025, where he was a surprise entrant in the Men’s Royal Rumble match.

He was eliminated from the match by Roman Reigns. After the match, Hendry noted in a backstage interview that he’s not done with The Tribal Chief:

“It’s unusual for Joe Hendry to be at a loss for words, but say his name, and he appeared here in Indianapolis at the biggest Royal Rumble of all time.

Roman Reigns, congrats. You threw Joe Hendry over the top, and I’m willing to bet this isn’t the last time that you and I cross paths.

But before I go, I do want to share a little bit of knowledge that was bestowed on me by one John Cena. He gave me four words, and it was, ‘Fortune favors the bold.’ So here I am, boldly saying John Cena’s name.”

Joe Hendry Wants To Finish His Story With John Cena

During an interview on Busted Open Radio, Joe Hendry challenged WWE Legend John Cena to a match.

While doing so, Hendry also told a cool John Cena story from the 2000s. Here’s what he said:

“John Cena. Let me tell you why. Let’s let it continue. I have done all the things that I thought would be impossible, but in an era where anything can happen. And just before Genesis, Triple H tweeted us, Shawn Michaels tweeted the show, and John Cena, who hadn’t tweeted about it before, tweeted the TNA logo on his Instagram. What kind of representative would I be for TNA, if I didn’t call out John Cena?

When I was 15 years old, I couldn’t make a show. My friend went to a Meet & Greet and he says, hey my friend Joe’s a big fan. He couldn’t come, would you call him? And John Cena held up the Meet & Greet, phoned me from my friend’s phone and talked to me for 5 minutes.

He was the first wrestler I ever spoke to, and to me, I feel that’s the story I need to finish, facing John Cena and why not? Let’s do it for this (TNA World) Championship.”

When asked if he can hang with Cena on the microphone, Hendry said:

“1,000%. I love it. I love it because John Cena, when he gets that microphone, he tells the truth. And I honestly believe that people haven’t seen what I can truly do on the microphone yet. I feel so comfortable going out there with nothing prepared.

And to me, John Cena is in the top echelon of talkers ever in this business. And you know what, if you don’t invite that challenge to even try and step up, then you’re not challenging yourself.

I want it. I want to. I know how powerful he is on that microphone, but I just believe that I can hang with John Cena. I believe.”
