On this day in 1990, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Superstars of Wrestling’.
This episode was pre-taped at the Miami Arena in Miami, Florida and featured matches & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF WrestleMania VI’ PPV.

• Possible WWE Championship Match For WrestleMania 35
Daniel Bryan will defend the WWE Championship against AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy & Mustafa Ali in an Elimination Chamber match next Sunday.
As we noted earlier, it’s highly expected that Bryan is going to win that match and remain WWE Champion.
According to The Dirty Sheets, the original plan that WWE officials had for WrestleMania 35 was for Daniel Bryan to face AJ Styles for the WWE Championship, with Bryan turning heel during the match and defeating AJ to capture the Title. Then Bryan would have dropped the Title to Randy Orton sometime during the summer (possibly at SummerSlam 2019) before SmackDown moved to FOX.
As we all know, Bryan turning heel and defeating Styles to become the WWE Champion already happened last year and Dirty Sheets noted that it’s possible that WWE is still going to go with their original plan of Bryan dropping the Title to Orton, which might be preponed as well and could happen at WrestleMania 35.
