Mustafa Ali seems like a wrestler who can go places if given the right push.
His work as an underdog babyface has been great throughout the year and he is technically good enough to compete against the very best in the business.
There’s no doubt that Ali is one of the few likeable babyfaces in the WWE right now. A feud against a heel Sheamus would further elevate Ali’s career as an underdog and would give him a great storyline heading into 2020.
In addition, Ali and Sheamus are both exceptional when it comes to in-ring competition. The collision of Ali’s high-flying skills and Sheamus’s power would make a great matchup.
The level of stardom that Sheamus enjoys, coupled with the success he has achieved over the previous years, makes him a perfect candidate to help elevate Superstars like Ali, who have the potential to find themselves in a similar position.
