On this day in Pro Wrestling history on August 4, 1995, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling & Antonio Inoki’s New Japan Pro-Wrestling aired ‘Collision in Korea’ on PPV from the May Day Stadium in Pyongyang, North Korea.

This pay-per-view was pre-taped on April 28 & April 29, 1995 and with 165,000 fans on day 1 & 190,000 fans on day 2, both days of the event still hold the record for the biggest professional wrestling crowds in the history of the business.

It is one of 16 PPVs not made available for streaming on the WWE Network.
