12. Rumor Killer On The Undertaker’s Return, Rumored SummerSlam 2017 Plans For Roman Reigns

Despite Roman Reigns announcing on this week’s Raw that he’s going to face the Universal Champion in the main event of SummerSlam 2017, there’s speculation going on that he isn’t going to get that Title shot.

While that might turn out to be true (with Reigns facing Braun Strowman at Great Balls of Fire 2017 and there might be some stipulation where the winner of that match goes on to face the Universal Champion), there still aren’t plans for a WrestleMania 33 main event rematch to take place at SummerSlam 2017.

That’s right. There are rumors going on that The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns II is going to take place at SummerSlam 2017. However, that isn’t going to happen.

While it is quite possible that Reigns doesn’t get a Universal Title match at SummerSlam 2017, but we can confirm that The Undertaker won’t be returning to face “The Big Dog” in the main event of the “Biggest Event of the Summer”.

Speaking of Reigns, below are the possible matches he could be a part of at this year’s SummerSlam 2017:

– Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Roman Reigns (Universal Title Match)

– Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns (Universal Title Match)

– The Miz (c) vs. Roman Reigns (Intercontinental Title Match)
