Below are some top WWE news stories of the day, involving RAW, SmackDown and Bret Hart.
• WWE plans to make changes to RAW, NXT, and SmackDown as it enters the new year, including adjustments to brand rosters during an ongoing transfer window. SmackDown will expand to three hours, while RAW will revert to its previous 3-hour format as well starting in January.
According to WrestleVotes Radio, the faction American Made — comprising Chad Gable, Brutus Creed, Julius Creed, and Ivy Nile — is expected to move from RAW to SmackDown in 2025.
WWE’s creative team reportedly sees great potential in these talents, particularly the younger Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile, believing their presence will strengthen SmackDown’s expanded format.
Nile joined American Made in August 2024, turning heel after attacking Maxxine Dupri during RAW and aiding the Creed Brothers in a match. Chad Gable remains a versatile high-level performer, who recently battled WWE Champion Cody Rhodes on the blue brand.

• Gage Goldberg, son of WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg, addressed Bret Hart’s criticism of his father.
The animosity stems from a WCW match where Goldberg’s mule kick accidentally ended Hart’s wrestling career. Despite Goldberg’s repeated apologies, Hart has remained vocal about his grievances, continuing to criticize his former peer.
In an interview with Bill Apter, Gage expressed his belief that Hart should move on from the past, saying:
“I mean we don’t really like to talk about that a lot. But I mean, you gotta let things go, 100%. And yeah, you can’t just keep harping on this one thing when someone’s successful. And yeah, stuff happens.”
