RAW Results – 2 Returns, Title Change, 4 New WrestleMania 42 Matches Announced

Below are the results from tonight’s episode of RAW at MSG, which featured the returns of Stephanie McMahon and Roxanne Perez.

– Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes kicked off tonight’s RAW at Madison Square Garden and was interrupted by Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie said she wants to talk to Cody about Randy Orton and WrestleMania 42. Stephanie said this version of Randy is diabolical and Cody should be able to think like Randy, and Cody’s father understood that better than anybody. Stephanie said Cody is not like his father. Stephanie said this version of Cody Rhodes can’t defeat this version of Randy Orton as Cody has no idea who he is dealing with. Cody said he knows everything about Randy. Cody said he stopped being Randy’s student a long time ago. Cody said he’s not like his father — Stephanie isn’t like hers either. Stephanie slapped Cody. Stephanie said WrestleMania 42 will be the last time Cody Rhodes will be introduced as the Undisputed WWE Champion. Stephanie was leaving and Cody pulled her. Cody said he has two words for Stephanie: “Thank you.”

– IShowSpeed met Danhausen backstage and requested that he reverses his curse. Danhausen says he will do that for $10 billion and the login details to his channel.

– Street Fight For The World Tag Team Championship: The Vision (Logan Paul and Austin Theory) def. The Usos (c) to win the titles

IShowSpeed accidentally punched LA Knight with brass knuckles during the match.

– A brawl broke out between Liv Morgan and Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer, which led to Roxanne Perez making her return and attacking Stephanie. Roxanne helped Liv hit Stephanie with the Oblivion on top of a steel chair. Liv and Roxanne hugged, and Liv posed with the title.

– WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend) (c) vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria ended in a DQ after The Bella Twins and Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss got involved

– Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman came out. Lesnar took the mic from Heyman and called out Oba Femi for a fight. General Manager Adam Pearce came out with security and said he won’t let a fight break out before WrestleMania 42. Oba came out and took out security, shoved Pearce aside, and began circling the ring like Lesnar does before a match. Oba and Brock finally came face-to-face in the ring as the fans chanted “holy s**t.” Triple H entered the ring and told both men to back down and save it for WrestleMania 42. Brock left the ring and hit a security man with the F5.

– Intercontinental Championship Match: Penta (c) def. Kofi Kingston to retain the title

Penta hit Grayson Waller with the Mexican Destroyer during the match. After the match, Penta revealed that he will defend the Intercontinental Championship in a Ladder Match at WrestleMania 42.

– AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio accepted Finn Balor’s WrestleMania 42 challenge.

– Adam Pearce announced that Seth Rollins has been medically cleared and all charges against him have been dropped. Rollins attacked Paul Heyman with a steel chair. Gunther showed up and put Rollins to sleep. The Ring General pointed to the WrestleMania 42 sign to signal that he will face The Visionary at the Show of Shows. Michael Cole said Gunther is coming for Rollins’ career.

– WWE officially announced the following matches for WrestleMania 42:

Ladder Match For The Intercontinental Championship: Penta (c) vs. Rusev vs. JD McDonagh vs. Dragon Lee vs. Je’Von Evans

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend) (c) vs. The Bella Twins vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria

Finn Balor vs. AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio

Gunther vs. Seth Rollins

– Raquel Rodriguez def. IYO SKY with help from The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane)

– A brawl broke out between World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk and Roman Reigns in the main event segment. WWE Producers came out to separate them. Roman accidentally speared Petey Williams. Punk then hit Reigns with a GTS and powerbombed him through the announce table.
